If you received an item that is different from the one that you ordered or it is damaged, sorry about that and we’ll be sure to get you the item you ordered! Just send us the items back. We’ll provide you a return shipping label and a full refund to the original payment method. If the item was opened and you just changed your mind we will refund you 75% of the original purchase price.
